Toast points and fresh crudites
Instructions
Using an electric mixer, mix the cream cheese until softened. Add 1 cup of sour cream, onion, caviar, salt, and pepper, and keep mixing until it is well blended.
Serve in the shape of a mound on a serving platter.
The mound should then be covered with the 1/2 cup of sour cream. Sprinkle with finely chopped egg, and topped with the finely minced parsley.
Chill for several hours before serving. Serve with toast points and crudites.
Yield: 8 to 12 servings
